Dynamic Transit drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsements start at $.55 per mile, and our average haul is 1,150 miles. In addition to the mileage pay, we offer compensation for other time on the job, including breakdown, detention, layover and additional stop- and pick-up pay. Plus, we have bonuses available for mileage, clean inspection and driver referrals.
Your paycheck will also include a $63/day per diem for each day you are on the road. The $63/day we offer is the federal maximum. A per diem is a great perk for drivers because that money isn’t taxed. (Read more about per diem pay here.)

At Dynamic Transit, our drivers average $72,000 per year. That is almost $30,000 more than the national average annual pay for truck drivers, which is $45,260 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
