With Thanksgiving last week and Giving Tuesday today, we’ve been taking some time to reflect on our gratitude for the Dynamic Transit community. What started as a husband and wife team brainstorming in their living room has now grown into a successful business with more than 300 drivers, shop mechanics, safety, dispatchers, fleet managers, customer service managers, sales and support staff.
Dynamic Transit began back in 1987 with Fred and Michele Khani. Having worked as over-the-road truck drivers, Fred and Michele saw a chance to build a family business focused on exceeding expectations for both drivers and clients. Over the years, the business has grown, but those values have not changed.
We prioritize drivers and continue to show respect to each team member and their time. That means predictable home time and competitive benefits. We think of ourselves as a big family, so we promote from within and have a retention rate three times the industry average. Whether you are on the road or in our shop or office, we have a hands-on approach when it comes to training and developing employees. We value diversity, creativity, individuality and hard work.
We’ve enjoyed the ride so far, but are also looking ahead to what is coming down the road.
