Driver Application
Benefit Package:
TEAMS: split 37 cents per loaded mile.
Dry Van and Reefer Division: 32 cents per loaded
mile.*
Hazmat: All Hazmat loads pay an additional 5cpm.*
Flat Bed and Curtain-side Drivers: All curtain-side solo
drivers start at 35 cents per loaded mile.*
All curtain-side teams start at 40 cents per loaded mile.*
Pay Increases:
Solo Drivers Team Drivers
1cpm* at 12,000 miles 1cpm* split at 20,000 miles.
1cpm* at 36,000 miles 1cpm* split at 60,000 miles.
1cpm* at 144,000 miles 1cpm* split at 240,000 miles.
1cpm* at 288,000 miles 1cpm* split at 480,000 miles.
1cpm* at 432,000 miles 1cpm* split at 720,000 miles.
1cpm* at 576,000 miles 1cpm* split at 960,000 miles.

- Solos receive $15.00 for each additional
drop after your first drop and teams are $20.00
split.
- Miles are run on PC Miler and are paid on
loaded and empty dispatched miles.
- All empty miles are paid at .25 cpm.*
- All employees are eligible to join the 401K
plan after 1 year of full time employment plus
the
enrollment date. The designated enrollment dates
are Jan. 1 and July 1. The profit sharing plan
eligibility is the same as 401K.
- All full-time drivers are eligible to enroll
in Medical / Dental Plan on the 1st day of the
month following your 1st 90 days of full time
employment.

Solo
Drivers-Bonus* Program for Current Eligible Employees:
Drivers producing 10,000 miles per month will receive
.01 cent per mile extra for all miles.
Drivers producing 11,000 miles per month will receive .02
cents per mile extra for all miles.
Drivers producing 12,000 miles per month will receive .03
cents per mile extra for all miles.
Drivers producing 13,000 miles per month will receive .04
cents per mile extra for all miles.
Drivers producing 14,000 miles per month will receive .05
cents per mile extra for all miles.
Team
Drivers-Bonus* Program for Current Eligible Employees:
Teams producing 20,000 miles per month will split .01
cent per mile extra for all miles.
Teams producing 21,000 miles per month will split .02 cents
per mile extra for all miles.
Teams producing 22,000 miles per month will split .03 cents
per mile extra for all miles.
Teams producing 23,000 miles per month will split .04 cents
per mile extra for all miles.
Teams producing 24,000 miles per month will split .05 cents
per mile extra for all miles.
*Bonus is paid to current driver in good standing.
All miles will be kept by the Payroll Department and will
be issued to you on the 3rd pay period of each month as a
bonus. Bonus program is for current employees in good
standing-a preventable accident or leaving employment with
Dynamic Transit will make you ineligible for monthly bonus.

* A review will be done with each pay increase. Your
raise will be pending until requested and reviewed.
* Empty miles are not subject to pay increases.* This
also includes per diem amount paid.
