Driver Application
Benefit Package:
TEAMS: split 40 cents per loaded mile.
Dry Van and Reefer Division: 35 cents per loaded
mile.*
Hazmat: All Hazmat loads pay an additional 5cpm.*
Flat Bed and Curtain-side Drivers: All curtain-side solo
drivers start at 38 cents per loaded mile.*
All curtain-side teams start at 43 cents per loaded mile.*
Pay Increases:
Solo Drivers Team Drivers
1cpm* at 12,000 miles 1cpm* split at 20,000 miles.
1cpm* at 36,000 miles 1cpm* split at 60,000 miles.
1cpm* at 144,000 miles 1cpm* split at 240,000 miles.
1cpm* at 288,000 miles 1cpm* split at 480,000 miles.
1cpm* at 432,000 miles 1cpm* split at 720,000 miles.
1cpm* at 576,000 miles 1cpm* split at 960,000 miles.
A review must be done with each pay increase.
Your raise will be pending until requested and
reviewed. All drivers receive the same pay increases.

- Solos receive $15.00 for each additional
drop after your first drop and teams are $20.00
split.
- Miles are run on PC Miler and are paid on
loaded and empty dispatched miles.

Quarterly Bonus
|
- Driver producing 13,000 miles in one month
will receive 1 cpm extra for all that months
miles
- Driver producing 14,000 miles in one month
will receive 2 cpm extra for all that months
miles
- Driver producing 15,000 miles in one month
will receive 3 cpm extra for all that months
miles

Team Drivers-Bonus Program for current eligible
employees
|
- Teams producing 20,000 miles per month will
split .01 cent per mile extra for all miles.
- Teams producing 21,000 miles per month will
split .02 cent per mile extra for all miles.
- Teams producing 22,000 miles per month will
split .03 cent per mile extra for all miles.
- Teams producing 23,000 miles per month will
split .04 cent per mile extra for all miles.
- Teams producing 24,000 miles per month will
split .05 cent per mile extra for all miles.
Bonuses will be paid quarterly to drivers who
have produced 39,000 miles or more per quarter. You
will be paid your quarterly bonus the 4th Friday
following that quarter. Any driver that does not
have all logs turned in, is put out of service or is
driving without a valid physical or CDL will
automatically be disqualified from that quarter’s
bonus. Furthermore, the quarterly bonus will be
forfeited if the driver is not an active full time
employee the day bonuses are paid.
